I think a good leader is one who is fair, self motivated, appreciative, committed, enthusiastic, understanding and one who can articulate issues. In addition, one who has strong ability to influence the rest of the group in doing something either in a negative or positive way but the best way is to encourage the team to do positive things. A good leader must live meaningfully in their lives before leading anyone. They are not only good in commanding, they must be dynamic and diverse, inspiring everyone around them.
They must know how to listen and solve the issues in their community. A good leader needs to be determined, making correct decision and have courage during blunders.
